Webstore Orders Update - March 3

While a majority of the webstore orders have dispatched throughout the US, CA, and Rest of the World regions, we've recently been made aware by our partners that the EU, UK, AU, and NZ regions still have some outstanding orders to be shipped out.

Our partners have further informed us that these regions have necessitated hub-to-hub transfers as there was not enough inventory allocated in the correct regions for certain products to cover all of the orders. As you can imagine, each region is allocated a certain stock of each product, based on calculations where we expect certain products to sell more than others. In this case, the demand for specific items was higher in EU, UK, AU, and NZ than anticipated.

Our partners have been working hard on the backend to get stocking shipments to cover what is short to each fulfillment center as quickly as possible. There were a lot of obstacles like the delays caused by the February North American Winter Storm's effects on the carriers, but they are happy to report to us now that everything needed is on it's way. Based upon the tracking and our fulfillment partner's timelines, they would expect the following:

  • EU and UK - the fulfillment center is expected to receive the inventory in the next 2 weeks and all remaining orders should be able to be on the way by the end of March.

  • AU and NZ - the fulfillment center is expected to receive the inventory in the next week and all remaining orders should be able to be on the way by late March.

If you've been affected by this delay, we apologize for the delay in getting you your order. Rest assured our partner is confident in these timelines and is working tirelessly to fulfill each outstanding order! Thank you for your ongoing patience!
