TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing items in the Blacklist Games Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

PRE-ORDERS FINAL PRODUCT

The products shown as pre-orders are subject to change. The art, components, sizes, etc. of the final product you receive could differ from what is presented here.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available until the item is placed in the shipping queue at our fulfillment partner (5 days after the order is placed). After this time, refunds are no longer possible. 
Any refunds are minus a 10% processing fee. All refunds are reversed via Stripe to original method with which you paid.

RETURN POLICY

Requests for returns are accepted on fully-sealed products only within 30 days of the date the item was shipped out to you. To initiate a return request, you must contact us via https://www.blacklistgamesllc.com/help. We will then provide you with a return address. You are responsible for the costs of shipping and handling to the address in question. Upon receipt of the fully sealed and intact item, we will initiate a refund.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have a defective/damaged item, you have 30 days from the date the item was shipped out to you to contact https://www.blacklistgamesllc.com/help with photos of the damage/defect. A ticket will be created in our system and we will process it when we have the replacement materials on hand, and we will then ship said replacements out to you.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Once you complete your order, you agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your confirmed order as entered into the system, to the shipping address indicated in your order at the time of shipping. That title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities, providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods.

SHIPPING FAQs

When will my order ship?

An order will only ship when ALL items in said order are available and ready to ship (meaning if your order includes a pre-order or out of stock item, the order will only ship when all items are in). When ready to ship, an order generally ships within 5-20 business days of the placement date; additional delays can occur due to outside factors (such as requiring a minimum number of orders from a region to process).

 

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is weight-based, and calculated based on your order's final weight. Minimum shipping values apply to carts under 1lb.

Do you offer friendly shipping?

We currently offer friendly shipping to the following regions: Australia, Canada, European Union (EU), UK and the United States of America. This means rewards for those regions are shipped from within the country/region, thus avoiding import fees and taxes.

Note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs fees or additional taxes on the item if shipped to an address outside those regions once it has left our facilities.

Where do orders ship from?

Depending on which region you are in, we will ship from the following hubs: China (for Asia Pacific clients), Canada (for Canadian clients), Australia (for Australia and New Zealand clients) or US (for USA and the rest of the world). Currently we are shipping from the UK for both EU/UK, but our fulfillment partner (Quartermaster Logistics) will ensure that EU clients continue to benefit from friendly shipping in 2021 after Brexit takes effect.

I cannot select my region for a shipping address. Why?

Unfortunately, because of certain import laws and customs, we currently are NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO: Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and thank you for understanding.
