Blacklist Games is made up of a small group of passionate gamers and initially began as an overseas 3D modeling and printing company.
With our resources and innovation, our goal is to create games that are not only exciting, but also unique, thematic and engaging.
In 2016, we acquired the rights to Martial Arts: The Card Game. Then, in 2017, we successfully kickstarted Street Masters, a fully-cooperative game of martial arts action designed by Adam and Brady Sadler, introducing the world to their Modular Deck System in the process. The game was then delivered to backers in 2018 and was met with universal praise from gamers and critics alike. Around the same time, Brook City, a fully-cooperative game of blockbuster cop action, was successfully kickstarted. It is also designed by the Sadler brothers and is the second game to feature their acclaimed Modular Deck System.
Currently, we are working on additional content for all our titles, as well as new action-packed games, and collaborating with different publishers on exciting new projects.
Blacklist Games is based out of Los Angeles, California.
Adam Sadler - Senior Game Designer
Brady Sadler - Senior Game Designer
Adam and Brady Sadler have been designing and developing board games professionally for nearly 10 years. They began their careers at Fantasy Flight Games, where they worked on game lines such as Descent: Journeys in the Dark – Second Edition, X-Wing, Mansions of Madness, and Gears of War. After leaving FFG to become freelance designers, they released their first major co-design with Warhammer Quest: The Adventure Card Game, to much acclaim. Since then, the twins have designed such titles as Heroes of Terrinoth, The Walking Dead: No Sanctuary, and Blacklist Games’ own Street Masters and Brook City. Blacklist Games is now the official home for the majority of their original designs.
In addition to designing games, the brothers also enjoy arguing with each other and watching the hit late-90s sitcom Friends.
