Customer Service as of February 2, 2021
Additionally, please note that starting today, we are using a new helpdesk solution for customer service inquiries, which is connected to the Help page form mentioned above.
Therefore, all customer service inquiries, along with general inquiries, should be sent in using the form on the Help page.
If you've contacted us at our old customer service email address, you will receive a similar notification to advise you of this change. We will reply to any queries sent there prior to February 2, 2021, but afterwards we'll ask that you use the Help page as the old inbox will no longer be monitored.
