Finally an exciting update for Contra: The Board game!

As you may have seen hinted in our previous updates, Blacklist Games was in the process of giving our amazing game a new home; One that would be able to reach a larger, global audience in retail as well as be the solution for what had become a stalemate in fulfillment. As a result, Kess Entertainment has acquired the rights to Contra: The Board Game from Blacklist Games, taking on all the game mechanics, files, created lore, sculpts, and factory tools we poured so much passion into creating. With this acquisition, here’s what you can expect:

A New Beginning: After a once-over through the licensor approval process, the game is ready to take its next leap forward under the rebranded name, Contra: Reloaded!, by Kess Entertainment.

Production Begins: Contra: Reloaded is the beginning mass production, marking a significant step toward getting the game into your hands.

Summer Launch: Factoring in production, international shipping, and distribution, Contra: Reloaded is expected to ship to all our pre-order customers late summer or early fall. The wait is almost over! This will also include backer exclusive content such as all stages, miniatures, and the Pre-order Exclusive Promo Packs, though under Kess Entertainment.
