GIVEAWAY DEADLINE

  • Giveaway runs from March 9, 2021 at 12pm EST until March 29, 2021 at 10:30pm EST

  • Must complete all three steps under "How To Enter" section (below)

  • This giveaway is open worldwide

  • Purchase does not enhance the chance of winning.

  • Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER

WINNER SELECTION

  • The winner will be selected between 10:30pm EST on March 29, 2021 and 11:59pm EST on March 30, 2021.

  • The winner will be selected at random (using commentpicker.com) from all participants (based on "How to Enter" section above)

  • The winner will be announced in a post on the Blacklist Games Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/blacklistgamesllc/) between 10:30pm EST on March 29, 2021 and 11:59pm EST on March 30, 2021

PRIZE & PRIZE DELIVERY

  • The winner's prize is one (1) "Epic Tier" pledge from the Lasting Tales Kickstarter campaign (see https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/blacklistgames/lasting-tales-a-fantasy-miniatures-game after March 30, 2021 for more details)

  • The prize will only be delivered if the Lasting Tales Kickstarter campaign is successful; i.e. it has met or surpassed its funding goal at the time the campaign closes. If the Lasting Tales Kickstarter campaign is unsuccessful, this giveaway and its results are considered null and void.

  • Delivery of the prize will proceed as follows:

    • Sometime within the 6 months following the successful conclusion of the Lasting Tales Kickstarter campaign, the winner will receive an invite to our selected pledge manager (to be determined) and will receive credit equal to the value of 1x "Epic Tier" pledge and the cost of shipping it to their region (TBD). The winner will then be asked to provide their shipping details and complete their entry in the pledge manager. If the winner does not complete their entry before the pledge manager deadline (announced in updates on https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/blacklistgames/lasting-tales-a-fantasy-miniatures-game), Blacklist Games LLC reserves the right to cancel this prize and make the results of this giveaway null and void.

    • If the winner does complete their pledge manager entry before the deadline, their prize will be shipped to them at the same time as the rewards for all other backers of the Lasting Tales Kickstarter campaign to the address they specified in the pledge manager.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following:

    • Blacklist Games​ LLC will only provide the prize if you meet eligibility; if you do not, the giveaway results are declared null and void.

    • Blacklist Games LLC will only provide the prize if the Lasting Tales Kickstarter campaign is successful; i.e. it has met or surpassed its funding goal at the time the campaign closes. If the campaign is unsuccessful, the giveaway results are considered null and void.

    • Blacklist Games LLC reserves the right to declare the giveaway results null and void if you do not complete your entry in the pledge manager (as stated in "Prize & Prize Delivery" above) before the pledge manager deadline. If you complete your entry by the pledge manager deadline, you agree that Blacklist Games LLC's responsibility to you is to ship your prize to the eligible address as entered into the pledge manager. That title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities, providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. 

    • The final product in the prize may differ from what is shown during the Lasting Tales Kickstarter campaign.

    • The delivery estimate shown on https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/blacklistgames/lasting-tales-a-fantasy-miniatures-game is an estimate only and the actual delivery time can be any time before or after that estimate.
