Please note that we are currently experiencing slight delays for shipments relating to online store orders. The store recently opened, and the response was so positive that we were immediately flooded with orders, resulting in longer-than-expected processing time. Additionally, while orders have begun to ship out (in chronological order), the process has unfortunately been slower than expected because our fulfillment company has only been able to dedicate a small amount of resources to our store orders up until now. In our communications with them, we've been very adamant that we had been expecting more resources to provide much quicker turnaround.
Therefore, they have since committed to providing additional resources and time to our stock to expedite things and make proper headway towards getting to the higher invoice numbers in the queue. During this time, we will be communicating with them constantly to ensure things are moving at an acceptable rate. Rest assured, all your orders are of the utmost importance to us, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure they are all delivered as quickly as possible!
We wish to thank all our customers for their patience and understanding during this process, as we are learning the best ways to use a fulfillment house to do online store shipping (which, as you can imagine, is much different than Kickstarter fulfillment); these growing pains are here to teach us how to be better for the next time, all in order to offer you the best service possible!
